I’m a Strategic Career Consultant and Leadership Coach. Sometimes a Career Architect. Sometimes an Ally. I started as a behavioral health therapist—but walked away from a system that demanded women be pathologized just to be heard.
Now, I bring lived experience, strategy, and real talk to women who are done paying the cost of staying silent. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about designing what fits.
